The company was founded in 2004 thanks to the courage, imagination and authenticity of Giuseppe Scivoletto, a young man from Modica who decided to launch himself enthusiastically into the world of confectionery production, involving his own family in his ambitious project too. In Modica, the cradle of Sicilian Baroque civilisation, a UNESCO heritage site that is famous worldwide for its delicious, high-quality food, 2G Dolciaria has grown from a family-run company to a company with a team of young collaborators, all enthusiastic and highly skilled.
