FILLED VOL AU VENTS

Some ideas for a simple, refreshing, colourful aperitif, adapted to all tastes
COCKTAIL SAUCES AND PRAWNS
- 3 tbs plain yoghurt
- 3 tbs mayonnaise
- 2 tbs ketchup
- qualche goccia di salsa worcester
- A few drops of Worcester sauce
- 1 tbs brandy
- A pinch of sweet paprika
Mix all the ingredients together and blend rapidly Fill the vol au vents and decorate with prawns.
TUNA MOUSSE
- 100 g tuna
- 100 g fresh ricotta
- 2 tbs ketchup
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
Blend all the ingredients together and fill the vol au vents
TUNA SAUCE
- 100 g tuna
- 100 g mayonnaise
Mix all the ingredients together roughly and fill the vol au vents
HAM MOUSSE
- 100 g of cheese spread
- 100 g of cooked ham
Blend all the ingredients together and fill the vol au vents
